  6. Click on the “Add New” button. This will open Add Template form
  7. Enter a name for the template in the Name text box

  10. Click on the Save button.

Edit An Existing SMS Campaign

1. Click on the Edit icon against the Template Name

2. Make the changes that you want to do in the template content. Note that you cannot change the template type during editing

3. To save the changes, click on the Save button

Deleting An Existing SMS Template

1. Click on the Delete icon against the Template Name

2. A message box asking you for a confirmation for the delete operation will be shown to you

3. Click on the Delete button to delete the template

If there is any error that occurs during composition, then you can edit the message following the steps.
